Branded look-n-feel for In-House AI-ML Persona
Amazing functionality created, patented and made ready by the internal team of ML scientists to be brought to market as Vēlo. As the Director of UX, I was lucky enough to execute the branding, and then direct the inclusion of Vēlo elements into the Accelerate Design System to inform our users that the new AI/ML persona could support them throughout their daily workflows in our applications.
Full Company Design System Rebrand
The existing look and feel was already a rebrand in its own right. Then in 2025, the company rebranded again — and internally we looked at how well our front-end CSS master library and component system could handle it: how easily and efficiently we could shift colors and adjust the smaller components. These three mood boards are the concepts I created and presented to both product and marketing stakeholders.

Full redesign of a benefits-management company's enrollment experience.
PEOPLE Web App
Custom HR onboarding application giving companies deep customization over their onboarding flows — including a document-signing experience with legal and W2 capability, plus document and video sharing. The work covered both the HR-admin backend UX and the employee-facing experience used throughout an employee's tenure.
Concierge Management Web App
Employee population management software meant to support all three levels of the persona range: Director level persona at the Agencies that need the highest level view of data and trends. Brokers that are employed by the Agency that organize and direct the "groups" (collection of customers). And then the Groups, or companies, that then run their employee populations.
